How do I know if you have received my order?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@chicchambershome.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear photographs showing the damage. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you. You may be required to return the damaged item to the address provided by our team.

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind about my order?

We’re sorry, but we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Each order is carefully packed and shipped according to your selection.
