Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@chicchambershome.com. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, include clear photographs showing the damage.
Once we review and approve the claim, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.You may be required to return the damaged item to the address provided by our team.
